Shipping

We at Solution Peptides offer FREE shipping on orders over $350 within the US.

All our Free Shipping offers are for US addresses only, unless specified otherwise.

All of the most current shipping options are shown on the cart checkout page (USPS, UPS, FedEx). 

We offer same (business) day shipping for orders placed before 1pm PST Monday-Friday. All orders received after 1pm PST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.

When your order ships, our systems will automatically generate a “Package Shipped” email notification that will include a tracking number.

Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping Insurance 

Please be advised: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance which is available for an additional $4.95 before completing your purchase. You can click the GREEN shipping insurance checkbox on our cart checkout page. In the event your package is lost, Solution Peptides will reship your items to you. We are no longer able to take responsibility for damages or lost orders unless shipping insurance is purchased during the checkout process included.

If your item was damaged during transport or arrived broken,  a photo and video must be provided of the issue as soon as possible. This is required for our team to review the situation with management and determine the appropriate next steps..

 ***SHIPPING INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER STOLEN PACKAGES*** 

If you accidentally added shipping insurance to your order, please note we do not offer refunds on shipping insurance but we can give you a store credit in the amount of $4.95.

Returns and Refunds

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting us at support@solutionpeptides.net for a refund on applicable items. 

Refunds may be requested up to 30 days after an order is placed. Their is a 20% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges. 

Refund Timeframe

Refunds should settle and post to your account in 10-15 business days, depending on the method of payment used at the time of payment and/or your card issuers policies.
